Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing and inspecting all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize.
Please follow these steps:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@liftandleaf.com or contact page.
Include: your order number, description of the issue and a clear photos showing the damage or defect
Once we review your claim, we’ll offer one of the following: A replacement item (if available),a full refund to your original payment method or a store credit for the value of the item
Important Notes:
Items reported after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If the item is no longer in stock, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.
This policy applies to both activewear and personal care products.
