We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your activewear order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy (Activewear Only)

You may return activewear items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags must still be attached.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@liftandleaf.com  with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Please Note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care products due to hygiene and safety reasons. All personal care sales are final.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 Personal care goods   cannot be returned . Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
